FAQ

  • Shipping varies from product to product for obvious reasons. I try to offer the most cost effective shipping possible.

  • Hey, it happens. Something about the product wasn’t to your liking. While I do offer a return policy, I would prefer to try to remedy the issue first.

    That said, if we can’t remedy the issue, I will accept a return within 30 days of you receiving the product. If shipping is required, it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipment.

  • Damaged Items suck! It does happen though. If you purchased something and it was damaged mid-shipment, please reach out. I will try my best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. I WILL NEED PROOF OF DAMAGE.

    It’s not that I don’t trust you, but the shipping companies don’t. In order for me to recover some of the losses, I will have to submit a claim. In order to do so, I will need photo proof of the damage.

  • This is an odd place to look for barrels for rental, but here you are!

    Yes, I rent whiskey barrels. They are $40ea per event (usually a weekend). Anything longer than 3 days will increase the cost of the rental.
